The shrill carder-bee
Bombus sylvarum is an annual colony building insect species which belongs to the bumblebees. Bombus sylvarum are widespread in Germany and Europe although they are rare in the north (of europe or germany. They inhabit forest edges, parks, gardens, meadows, ditches and embankments.
